  Before attending, be sure to Google "MormonThink" or "Letter to a CES Director". Both are objective and informative resources that can help members and non-members better understand the foundational truth claims of the LDS Church. This congregation is just one of thousands around the globe, owned and operated by one of the wealthiest multinational corporate religions in the world. It is a non-traditional Christian faith that promotes family values, but also asserts unique truth claims at the exclusion of other Christian faiths. Sunday meetings take place during a 3-hour block, and tend to be boring and uninformative since all sermons ("talks" in LDS lingo) and lessons are prepared and given by members without any professional clergy--an approach that often leads to members repeating myths, urban legends, and misinformation about their own faith, due to a general lack of education and deliberate efforts by the central leadership in Salt Lake City, Utah, to whitewash and mislead the members about Church history.
